All About the Mysterious Free Energy Question

Batteries Are Now History

Compared to gasoline-powered engines, electric car batteries do not produce pollution that is the main environmental concern of today’s world. Having said this, it doesn’t overshadow the batteries flaws when it comes to producing electricity.

One of the obvious downsides of battery is the time required to recharge them. This time allotted to have the battery regain its power makes it less efficient compared to using fossil fueled cars.

Another disadvantage of battery is its enormous size. The weight of the battery cannot be simply overlooked when choosing whether to use it in motoring. Although nanobattery have been fabricated to answer this concern, still, its practicality isn’t seen possible as of today.

Given the current status of our environment, many are becoming more worried about the future of Earth that has become overly dependent to fossil fuels. The search for an alternative resource has been the only solution we are capable of producing for now. One resource that many consider is battery, although its concept has been deemed old and primitive by some.

In this video, watch Michio Kaku explain why batteries are considered primitive. Michio Kaku is a futurist, popularizer of science, and theoretical physicist, as well as a bestselling author and the host of two radio programs. Through this short clip, Mr. Kaku lets viewers understand the story behind the nature and uses of battery and how it is compared to fossil fuels.
